**Sydney, 8 October 2024 – [FCX](https://fcx.com.au/), Australia****’****s first ****platform for facilitating private market secondary transactions **and a subsidiary of FinClear, has been awarded the first-of-its-kind Australian Market Licence and Clearing and Settlement Facility Licence by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), in respect of the trading and clearing and settlement of the FCX Market, making it the first fully-regulated platform for facilitating private market secondary transactions.
